The Board of Directors is comprised of 9 members:

President:

• Ermanno Mantova - Founder of ISME. Ermanno has more than 20 years of experience in running international businesses. Since 2000 he has been active in the merchant banking advisory sector.

Vice Presidents:

• Pierluigi Del Viscovo - His background is in marketing management within multinational businesses. He founded the Istituto Sperimentale del Marketing in 2000 where he continues to work.
• Antonello Di Pasquale - Partner of Lovells Italy, international law firm.
• Vittorio Morelli – Shareholder of largest construction company, Ferroviarie Italiane, bunker and real estate investor.
• Mario Rummo- He has extensive international business experience in the petrolium and energy sectors. He is also the president of the national association of pastifico in Italy.
